Our Services
SNYPS provides a platform connecting you with Partners offering goods and services in the wellness, beauty, and training sectors. SNYPS acts as an intermediary for the purposes of booking and payment.
When you use the SNYPS Platform:

You enter into a contract with SNYPS for the use of our services under these Terms of Service.

You also form a Partner Contract with the relevant Partner for the provision of their services or products.
SNYPS is not responsible for the provision or fulfilment of Partner Services.
Using the SNYPS Platform
Creating an Account
To use the SNYPS Platform, you may check out as a guest or create a SNYPS Account. Account registration requires providing accurate and complete information, including contact details and payment information.
Responsible Use
By using the SNYPS Platform, you agree to:

Booking and Payments
Making an Appointment or Order
When you book a Partner Service or purchase a product:

Upon Confirmation, a Partner Contract is formed, and SNYPS may act as the Partner’s payment agent.
Payment Terms
Payments can be made via the SNYPS Payment Services or directly with the Partner. If you pay through the platform, this discharges your financial obligation to the Partner.
Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Appointments

Rescheduling: You may reschedule an Appointment, subject to the Partner’s policy.

Cancellations: Cancellations are governed by the Partner’s Cancellation Policy, which may impose charges.

No-Shows: Partners may charge up to 100% of the Appointment value for no-shows.
Products

Delivery: Products are delivered as per the Partner’s terms.

Refunds and Returns: Refunds or returns must be arranged with the Partner, in line with their policy.
Partner Responsibilities
Partners are required to:

Provide accurate descriptions of their services and products.

Deliver services and products as outlined in the Partner Contract.
SNYPS is not responsible for verifying Partner-provided information or for the quality of Partner Services.
Your Rights

Service Communications
By using the SNYPS Platform, you agree to receive electronic communications related to your bookings, including reminders and updates. You may manage your preferences within your SNYPS account.
Limitations and Restrictions

Indemnity
